1/2 cup wine 1/2 bunch parsley
-Slice the aubergines into rounds
- Place in a bowl of salted water for half an hour
- Cut the potatoes into rounds and fry them
- Rinse the aubergine slices and fry them
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion
- Add the minced beef, breaking it up with a fork, and cook until brown
- Add the garlic and the cinnamon stick
- Season to taste
- Add the wine
- Add the parsley
- Stir in the tomato sauce and the puree
- Simmer until the liquid has evaporated
- Cover the bottom of a baking dish with the potatoes
- Cover the potatoes with the aubergines
- Spread the minced beef on top
- Melt the butter
