OLIVE MINI ROLLS
800 g ready puff pastry (use one of the two sheets)
1 jar olive spread
1 egg
Defrost the pastry, mix the olive spread with a little oil, spread the mixture over the pastry and roll up the sheet along its long side. Line an ovenproof dish with baking parchment, cut the rolled up pastry into 1 cm rounds and place them in the dish.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.
